Services Offerings
Includes delivery of three (3) detailed, itemized invoice proposals from internal event planners or general managers at selected restaurants, hotels, or private clubs, curated to reflect all relevant features of your event. Proposals are valid for a 24-hour review period, after which the venue deposit is due directly to the internal event planner. After this period, proposals become null to prevent the use of invoices for negotiating alternative venue pricing. Under this option, all event coordination is handled in-house by the venue’s designated event organizer.
Event Planning: I am at your physical event manager, instructing several people in roles such as bartender, bottle girl, host, server, chef, DJ. I create separate deals with each person, hire them ,and manage them before during and after the event. This is sort of arrangement is preferable for spaces that don't have mandated requirements to hire union workers and allow independent contractors to preform work in a commercial sanctioned space. If you are trying to organize and host an event on a lean budget this is a great option for you. You can sublease from several prestigious venues for discrete/private activation parties/events for a minimum total spend of $40,000
This option includes full-service event production led by me, encompassing venue booking and end-to-end management of all contracted personnel, including bartenders, cinematographers, hosts, and entertainment talent. It also includes the procurement of public relations support and sponsored coverage through high-reach social media influencers and/or established print and digital press outlets. Deliverables further include professionally produced promotional video content, complete with a dedicated film crew, casted actors, and scripted storytelling to support pre and post-event marketing. Suitable for formation of new galas, philanthropies, societies, professional networks. Client budget minimum is $100,000
