Includes delivery of three (3) detailed, itemized invoice proposals from internal event planners or general managers at selected restaurants, hotels, or private clubs, curated to reflect all relevant features of your event. Proposals are valid for a 24-hour review period, after which the venue deposit is due directly to the internal event planner. After this period, proposals become null to prevent the use of invoices for negotiating alternative venue pricing. Under this option, all event coordination is handled in-house by the venue’s designated event organizer.
